Popup panel

The popup is a compact control panel for the extension. It gives the user quick access to the main extension tools without opening the full editor.

From the popup, the user can open the side panel, open the React editor/settings page, switch the interface language, enable or disable the hints panel, and adjust the floating panel scale.

It also provides diagnostic tools. The user can enable logging, export logs, clear logs, download the text from the current page, and optionally anonymize personal data before exporting that text.

Floating Panel

Floating Panel is a small on-page assistant panel that opens from the hover button fixed on the right side of the browser window.

It shows template suggestions directly on the CRM/helpdesk page, based on the current ticket context. The panel reads the available page text, checks which triggers match, and displays the most relevant prepared responses without requiring the agent to open the full Side Panel.

From the Floating Panel, the agent can quickly review suggested templates and insert the selected response into the active ticket editor. The insertion preserves rich formatting, links, lists, and images when possible.

In short, the Floating Panel is a lightweight, always-nearby suggestion panel for fast template access while working inside a ticket.
Return to the previous folder or navigation level inside the floating template panel.
Switch between the folder-based template browser and the trigger-based suggestion view.
Search available templates by title or content to find the needed reply faster.
Close the floating panel and hide template suggestions from the page.
Keep the floating panel open and fixed on the page so it does not auto-hide during work.
When you hover over a template, the panel shows a preview of the template content before insertion. The preview can include formatted text and images, so you can immediately see both the message and any visual content attached to the template.
Settings page (React App)

The left control panel in the React App is the main workspace toolbar for building and managing the template graph.

It lets the user create the core graph elements: triggers, folders, templates, frames, auto-replace inputs and outputs, groups, and logic blocks. These elements are placed on the canvas and connected to define how templates are organized, selected, and inserted.

The panel also provides workspace-level controls. The user can switch between workspaces, save changes, search across the graph, switch between Nodes mode and Flat mode, and open the Links workspace.

In Nodes mode, the left panel is focused on visual graph editing: adding blocks, connecting them, collapsing or expanding parts of the graph, inserting blocks into edges, and linking blocks together.

In Flat mode, graph-specific creation tools are disabled, because the user works through the explorer-style hierarchy instead of manually placing nodes and drawing connections.

Overall, the left panel is the main command area of the React editor. It gives quick access to creation, navigation, search, saving, workspace switching, and editing tools.

Side Panel

The Side Panel is the main working interface inside the browser extension. It gives support agents quick access to prepared templates, triggered suggestions, notes, links, filters, text tools, and ticket-related utilities while they are working inside a CRM or helpdesk system.

It can show templates from different sources: local templates, the user’s personal cloud workspace, or the shared team workspace. The user can switch between these sources, refresh cloud data, search templates, open folders, view triggered suggestions, and insert selected responses into the active ticket editor.

The Side Panel also includes productivity tools such as notes, saved links, tracker flags, site filters, translation settings, AI text tools, and diagnostic/status messages. It reacts to authentication and sync status, so cloud templates are shown only when the user has access.
